Job Description
- Oversee operations across multiple store locations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Drive sales performance and ensure each store meets or exceeds revenue targets
- Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, customer experience, and inventory turnover
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising, branding, and store presentation standards across all locations
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain operational excellence and compliance
- Recruit, train, and manage store managers and staff across locations
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and high performance standards within store teams
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalations effectively
- Coordinate with central teams for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure efficient inventory management
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve store outcomes
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines
