Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to manage inventory, handle product purchasing, prepare bills, and ensure smooth stock operations. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor daily stock and inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of stock in the warehouse.
- Track stock availability and replenish inventory when required.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchasing products at competitive prices.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Generate customer bills and invoices accurately.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and stock documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Keep the store and warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Any Degree
Experience:
- 1–3 years in stock management, purchasing, or billing.
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of GST billing and purchase documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
