Job Description
Job Description: Office Boy
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to assist with daily workplace operations and maintain a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities -
- serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and office visitors promptly.
- Clean and sanitize tea/coffee cups, glasses, and pantry utensils regularly.
- Transport documents, files, and small packages safely between floors and departments.
- Monitor and replace water cans to ensure dispensers are always filled.
- Keep the office area, pantry, and meeting rooms clean, organized, and tidy.
- Perform minor errands and support administrative staff with basic daily tasks as needed.
Requirements-
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of experience as an Office Boy or peon
- Freshers are welcome
- Punctual, hardworking, trustworthy, and polite.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil (Hindi or English is a plus).
