Operations Executive


 Key Responsibilities


* Call clients and collect documents

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

* Capture client testimonials and success stories

* Edit professional reels/testimonial videos

* Support digital marketing activities and lead generation

* Research keywords, trends, and content ideas for social media


 Required Skills


* Strong video editing skills (mandatory)

* Good communication & client handling skills

* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media & lead generation

* Understanding of content editing and storytelling

* Good coordination and follow-up skills
