Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end bulk hiring and manpower deployment
  • Handle field operations across multiple client sites
  • Ensure daily attendance, shift management, and workforce availability
  • Lead recruite rs, supervisors, and vendor ners
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, wages, etc.)
  • Track hiring, attrition, and operational performance



What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in blue-collar staffing / manpower consultancy
  • Strong experience in bulk hiring & field operations
  • Good knowledge of labor compliance and payroll basics
  • Excellent team handling and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for site operations
