Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain personnel files and confidential employee records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments for the HR department.
  • Draft letters, memos, emails, and reports as instructed by HR or management.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, including preparation of joining kits and documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to HR matters.
  • Maintain leave, attendance, and other employee records.
  • Coordinate with various departments for employee-related needs.
  • Help prepare payroll information by collecting and entering data.
  • Support recruitment by organizing candidate interviews and maintaining resumes.
  • Maintain stock and office supplies for the HR/Admin office.
  • Follow up with employees on HR documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR Manager.
  • Key Skills and Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of basic HR procedures is an advantage
  • Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related)
  • Diploma in Secretarial Practice or HR is a plus
  • Experience:1–3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative support role
  • Prior experience in HR or personnel department is preferred
