Photoshop Designer

Main Responsibilities

• Select the best photos from a large set of wedding images.
• Arrange photos in order to tell the wedding story (chronological or thematic).
• Design clean and attractive page layouts (spreads with 4–6 images usually).
• Edit photos lightly (color correction, brightness, retouching for consistency).
• Create emotional flow and highlight key moments (vows, first look, candid's).
• Work on album cover, end pages, and any text/elements.
• Make changes based on client or photographer feedback.
• Prepare final high-resolution files for printing/production.
• Meet deadlines, especially during busy wedding seasons.

Required Skills

• Good eye for design, composition, and storytelling.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and visual balance.
• Proficiency in software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Basic photo editing knowledge.
• Good communication for client revisions.

Nice-to-Have

• 1–3+ years' experience in wedding/event album design or photography.
• Ability to work fast while keeping high quality.
• Understanding of wedding themes/styles.
