Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, packing orders securely, and preparing shipments for delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Pick products from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
• Verify item codes, quantities, and product quality before packing.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Label packages and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory handling.
• Operate scanners and warehouse management systems as required.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
• RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing operations is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to company-specified weight limits).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or overtime when required.
