Job Summary:
Placement Point Solutions is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage student placements, build strong employer relationships, and ensure successful career opportunities for candidates. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client handling, and placement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Connect with companies and HRs for job requirements
*Coordinate interviews, drives, and placement activities
*Screen and shortlist candidates based on job roles
*Guide and prepare candidates for interviews
*Maintain placement data and track candidate progress
*Follow up with recruiters and candidates for feedback
*Achieve monthly placement targets
Required Skills:

Qualification:
Any Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
*Experience in training institutes or placement consultancies
