Job Description

Job Description – Process Executive

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (Based on experience & skills)

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Process Executive to handle daily operations, customer coordination, documentation, and process-related activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day process operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Coordinate with internal teams and customers

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

• Update and manage data in systems/CRM

• Follow process guidelines and meet productivity targets

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support

• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

• Ensure quality and accuracy in assigned tasks

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email)

• Good typing and data management skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Freshers with good skills can also apply

• Experience in BPO / operations / customer support will be an advantage

Qualification:

Any Degree / Diploma

Experience:

0–3 years (Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome)

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
