Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the customers.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and records.
- Monitor work in progress and ensure tasks are completed as planned.
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues to project managers promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project or anything similar)
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience
