Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Salary: ₹18,000 Take Home

Job Description:We are hiring a Purchase Executive for our company located in Perungudi. Freshers who are interested in procurement, vendor coordination, and purchase activities can apply.

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Handle purchase and procurement activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Collect quotations and compare prices
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Maintain purchase records and documentation
  • Follow up for material delivery
  • Coordinate with stores and production team
  • Update reports in Excel and ERP/software systems
  • Required Skills:Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Vendor coordination skills
  • Negotiation and follow-up ability
  • Willingness to learn procurement process
