Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The role involves sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost efficiency. The candidate will play a key role in supporting project/site requirements and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management:

·        Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers/vendors

·        Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors

·        Request and analyze quotations (RFQ) from multiple suppliers

·        Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

Purchase Process Management:

·        Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per requirements

·        Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/services

·        Follow up with vendors to avoid delays or shortages

·        Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements

Cost Control & Analysis:

·        Compare prices and ensure cost-effective procurement

·        Maintain records of purchases, pricing trends, and supplier performance

·        Support cost-saving initiatives and budget control

Inventory & Coordination:

·        Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly

·        Coordinate with stores and site teams to ensure proper material flow

·        Avoid overstocking or stock shortages

Documentation & Compliance:

·        Maintain proper purchase records, invoices, and documentation

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

·        Assist in audits by providing necessary purchase data

Quality Assurance:

·        Ensure materials/services meet required quality standards
