About the CompanyRidh Fabric Industry is a wholesale fabric company dealing in quality fabric materials for tailors, boutiques, designers, and retail shops. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and confident Purchase Executive to manage fabric purchasing, vendor coordination, sourcing, negotiations, purchase orders, and inventory-related activities.

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage vendor coordination, material sourcing, and price negotiations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Identify and coordinate with reliable fabric suppliers and vendors.
• Source quality fabrics and materials based on company requirements.
• Compare supplier quotations, prices, quality, and delivery timelines before finalizing purchases.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Create, process, and track purchase orders from order placement to delivery.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
• Check the quality, quantity, and specifications of fabrics/materials received.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team regarding stock and material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify materials that need to be purchased.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, purchase documents, inventory records, and procurement data.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and supplier details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Resolve purchase-related issues and coordinate with vendors for timely solutions.
• Ensure materials are purchased at competitive prices while maintaining the required quality.
• Maintain proper documentation of all procurement activities.
• RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of fabrics/textile materials is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
• Ability to compare prices, quality, and supplier quotations.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Responsible, confident, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers and manage purchase requirements.
• Freshers with good communication and learning ability can also apply.
• Candidates with purchase experience in the textile/fabric industry will be preferred.
