Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure building materials such as sand, blue metals, blocks, RMC from manufacturers.
- Identify and negotiate with vendors for the best price and payment terms.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs).
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth supply.
- Track market price fluctuations of construction materials.
- Ensure quality standards of purchased materials.
- Maintain vendor records, invoices, and procurement documents.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to the warehouse or customers.
