Job Description

  • Prepare and manage PPAP packages, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Maintain QMS / IATF 16949 documentation for Tier-1 customers (TVS SCL, Rane Madras, etc.).
  • Handle daily shop-floor documentation, heat traceability charts, and calibration logs.
  • Conduct internal process audits and manage CAPA / 8D rejection reports.
