Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst for our BPO Chat Process. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring chat interactions, evaluating agent performance, maintaining quality standards, and providing feedback to improve customer experience and process efficiency.


  • Monitor and evaluate chat interactions handled by customer support agents.
  • Conduct quality audits as per company standards and process guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents for performance improvement.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain QA scorecards, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with client and company quality standards.
  • Analyze customer concerns and escalation trends.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations teams for quality enhancement.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and quality reviews.
