Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Lead ManagementCall all incoming leads from ads, portals, and campaigns
- Explain the project clearly and professionally
- Understand buyer requirement, budget, and timeline
2. Lead Qualification & FilteringIdentify serious buyers vs time-pass enquiries
- Maintain proper lead status (hot / warm / cold)
- Update lead details in Google Sheets/CRM daily
3. Follow-ups & Relationship BuildingConsistent follow-ups with interested prospects
- Share brochures, photos, videos, and project details on WhatsApp/email
- Answer queries and build buyer confidence
4. Site Visit CoordinationConvince and schedule site visits to Kodaikanal
- Coordinate travel date, time, and arrangements
- Inform site team and ensure smooth visit experience
5. Reporting & TrackingMaintain daily call report and lead tracker
- Share weekly status of leads, visits scheduled, and conversions
