Job Title: Real Estate Team Leader
Location: West Tambaram
Department: Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent client service in property sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback/training
- Handle high-value clients and close critical deals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and site visit conversions
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaign execution
- Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports (DSR, MIS)
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
- At least 1–2 years in a team handling/leadership role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong leadership qualities
- Good knowledge of local real estate market (Chennai preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Education:Any Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
