## Job Description

Fincover (IVA Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented professionals to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring insurance advisors, generating direct business, and building long-term customer relationships.

## Roles & Responsibilities

* Drive field sales through the Agency Channel and B2C sales.

* Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors/agents.

* Generate new business through customer acquisition and referrals.

* Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Conduct field visits, client meetings, and business presentations.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service.

* Support business development initiatives to expand market presence.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

## Preferred Candidate Profile
