Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager who can manage the retail gourmet store efficiently. Should have experience in retail super market. Should have managed the store end to end activities ( Purchases, Admin, resources, billing, sales, customer interaction, process improvements, inventory, product knowledge). Should be dynamic, flexible, pleasing & presentable.

We have stores at Anna Nagar, Nungambakkam & Injambakkam (ECR)

Below is the job description for the role -

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to meet company targets
• Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to maximize productivity and provide excellent customer service
• Handle staff scheduling and attendance tracking to ensure proper coverage
• Manage inventory levels, including conducting stock counts, receiving shipments, and preventing loss
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries, taking corrective action when needed
• Previous experience in retail management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in retail software, inventory management, and CRM tools
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
