Job Description

A sales coordinator for AAC blocks is responsible for promoting and selling the product, managing customer relationships, and coordinating sales activities. Key duties include achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients like architects and builders, conducting market research, and handling customer inquiries and orders. They also support the sales team, manage internal coordination for deliveries, and report on sales performance. Core responsibilities

  • Sales and business development:
  • Actively promote and sell AAC blocks to new and existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within a designated territory.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Client and channel management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure product satisfaction and monitor usage.
  • Customer support and coordination:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical and non-technical queries.
  • Finalize sales orders and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like logistics and production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Market intelligence and reporting:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Administrative and support tasks:
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist in coordinating sales meetings and other promotional activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,456.35 per month
