Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for colleagues and customers, managing schedules, documentation, and CRM updates while ensuring smooth coordination between sales and management. This role aims to maximize the efficiency and performance of the sales team while supporting the company’s long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and relevant communication with senior management.
  • Facilitate product demos for Business Development Executives (BDEs) and support closing of deals.
  • Maintain daily call reports, weekly updates, and CRM entries on leads, demos, and closed business.
  • Manage client databases, project details, and schedules; coordinate between Business Managers, Project Managers, and Leads.
  • Oversee Customer Relationship Management, including follow-ups on payments and delivery timelines.
  • Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness, keeping clients informed of any delays or issues.
  • Support senior sales staff with month-end sales reports and weekly progress updates.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in similar administrative/sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
  • Well-organized, responsible, and strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Team player with high dedication and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), or a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Tally is a plus.
