Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify, reach out to and secure new catering clients through cold calling, networking and industry events.
- Client Consultation & Proposals: Meet with clients to assess needs, recommend tailored menus and create detailed proposals, contracts and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Event Coordination: Liaise between clients and the culinary/operations team to ensure accurate execution of service, menu choices and event logistics.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, industry trends and pricing to stay competitive.
