*Role & responsibilities*

Make outbound calls to leads assigned through Salesforce CRM

Understand customer requirements and provide project details clearly

Qualify leads and schedule site visits with the sales team

Coordinate and follow up with customers until site visit completion

Maintain accurate call notes and lead status updates in Salesforce

Follow up with walk-ins and digital leads (portals, campaigns, referrals)
