Sales Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our Sales and Marketing function. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Real Estate industry, a strong leadership background, and a proven track record of achieving monthly revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Drive plot sales through direct sales and channel partner networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure target achievement.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.
• Submit regular sales reports and MIS to the management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in plotted developments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience in managing large sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong network of channel partners and brokers is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Industry

• Male Candidates with 90% of their experience in the Real Estate industry will be given preference.
