Telesales Team Leader / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Set daily and weekly sales goals and track team performance.
- Monitor calls and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
- Handle escalated customer queries and close high-value leads.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management.
