Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, digital marketing campaigns, and other sales channels.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

* Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property site visits for prospective clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

* Follow up consistently with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.

* Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and other commercial terms with clients.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, loan processing (if applicable), and successful sales closure.

* Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

* Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of customer service.
