📍 Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

💼 Position: Sales Manager

Requirements:✅ Minimum 1+ year of experience in Loan Sales / DSA Sales

✅ Proven experience in handling Secured & Unsecured Loan Products

✅ Good knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Vehicle Loans, Working Capital Loans, and other financial products

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

✅ Ability to achieve sales targets and generate quality business

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and acquire new customers through direct sales, DSA channels, and business referrals.
• Promote and sell secured and unsecured loan products based on customer requirements.
• Handle the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Verify customer eligibility and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on business progress.
• Stay updated with market trends and financial products.
