Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Personal Loan Telesales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in telesales, proven sales leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of telesales executives handling Personal Loan sales.

Drive end-to-end sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and conversion metrics.

Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and team huddles.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Telesales, with at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.

Mandatory experience in sales (Personal Loan/Banking/Financial Services preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Ability to drive team performance in a target-oriented environment.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.
