Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle payments and receipts efficiently.
- Pass necessary journal entries in Tally.
- Maintain MIS reports related to accounts payable & receivables.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process invoices, verify approvals, and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial closing activities.
- Skills Required:Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
