Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST filing, E-Invoice generation, E-Way Bill processing, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The candidate must be capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax and accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other applicable returns) within statutory deadlines.
• Generate and monitor E-Invoices and E-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Handle inventory accounting, manufacturing costing, and fixed asset accounting.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Liaise with banks, government authorities, auditors, vendors, and customers on finance-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, GST laws, and taxation regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com. CA Inter or CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-6 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Tally Prime/Tally ERP is essential.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet statutory deadline
• Team handling experience is added advantage
• Preferred Candidate: Male candidate with a preferred age of below 35 years.
