Job Title: Care Manager

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month + Incentives


Job Discription:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Manager to oversee client servicing and caregiver coordination post-deployment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service delivery, handle escalations effectively, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.


  • Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients after caretaker deployment, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per agreed schedules and coordinate with the accounts team when required.
  • Handle and resolve escalations from clients and caretakers promptly and professionally, minimizing service disruptions.
  • Proactively collect client feedback and Google reviews to enhance brand reputation and customer trust.
  • Achieve individual performance targets set by management to qualify for incentive programs.
  • Meet and maintain assigned KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing caretaker queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
  • Analyze caregiver-related issues and ensure resolution within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Maintain and manage caregiver relationships, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Update and maintain the caregiver database, ensuring accuracy in profiles, availability, and performance tracking.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on caretaker performance and operational challenges.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Management preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or healthcare coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle escalations and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
