Job SummaryThe Senior Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles as per company and manufacturer standards. The role includes handling complex technical issues, supporting junior technicians, ensuring quality repairs, and achieving customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
• Perform major and minor repairs on cars as per standard operating procedures.
• Handle engine, transmission, suspension, brake, AC, and electrical repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper repair quality and first-time fix.
• Conduct road tests before and after repairs when required.
• Support and guide junior technicians in technical matters.
• Maintain workshop discipline and safety standards.
• Update job cards and repair status accurately.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding repair progress and spare requirements.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
• Follow manufacturer warranty and repair guidelines.
• Achieve productivity and efficiency targets set by management.
• Attend technical training programs conducted by the company or manufacturer.
