Job Description

Salary date will be 15th for the first three months


• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift management.

• Handle customer service, resolve guest concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline during shifts.

• Ensure proper coordination between kitchen, billing, and service teams to achieve SOPs and sales targets.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, stock control, and overall outlet operations efficiently.
