Job Description

Patient Assessment: Collect and record medical histories, measure vital signs, and continually monitor patient condition changes.


Clinical Care: Administer medications, start IVs, dress wounds, and assist with diagnostic tests or medical procedures.


Care Planning: Develop and execute individualized nursing care plans in coordination with doctors and senior nursing staff.


Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-hospital recovery.


Record Keeping: Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and safely manage medical supplies and equipment. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
