Job Description

  • Industry: Grocery / Supermarket Retail
  • Experience: 1–6 Years
  • Qualification: Any Degree (Retail Management Preferred)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations efficiently
  • Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
  • Lead, train, and supervise store staff
  • Monitor inventory, FIFO, and stock replenishment
  • Ensure proper merchandising and product displays
  • Minimize stock loss, wastage, and expiry
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain billing accuracy, cash handling, and daily reports

Requirements:

  • 1–6 years of experience in supermarket/FMCG retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and customer handling ability
  • Knowledge of inventory management and billing software
  • Immediate joiners preferred
