Job Description

Job Title: Admin Manager & Tally Operator

Department: Accounts / Administration

 

We are looking for a responsible Admin Manager & Tally Operator to manage daily office administration and basic accounting operations using Tally. The role involves handling accounts, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth office operations.

 

KEY RESPOSNBILITIES:

-Accounts / Tally

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in tally.
  • Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments voucher.
  • Generate invoices and maintain GST records.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ledger management.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and expense record.
  • Maintain proper billing and documentation.

-ADMINISTRATION

  • Maintain day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain office records, files and documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients and suppliers.
  • Handle office purchases, inventory and expenses.
  • Assist management with reports and scheduling.
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow within office.

-SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of Tally and basic accounting.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility.

-QUALIFICATION

  • B.com/ BBA/ Diploma in Accounting or Administrative.
  • 1-3 years experience in accounts or office administration preferred.
