Job DescriptionKavin Gold Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Team Leader to lead and manage the sales team, drive site visit conversions, and achieve sales targets.
- Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Generate and convert property sales leads.
- Conduct site visits and assist in closing deals.
- Train and guide team members to improve sales performance.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Prior experience in handling a sales team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales processes.
