Job Title : TELECALLER

Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to connect with prospective customers, promote our products or services, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build positive relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain the company's products or services.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and previous interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and update the CRM/database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Address customer questions and objections professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Adhere to company policies and telemarketing best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
