Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services
* Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries
* Ensure polite, professional, and positive communication at all times
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
* Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
* Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-focused approach
* Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
