Job Description:
We are hiring female telecallers for the personal loan division in the banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining personal loan products, and generating leads.
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Generate and maintain leads, follow up with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for loan processing.
- Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Prior telecalling or loan sales experience preferred.
