Job Description:

We are hiring female telecallers for the personal loan division in the banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining personal loan products, and generating leads.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Generate and maintain leads, follow up with interested customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for loan processing.
• Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
• Prior telecalling or loan sales experience preferred.
