Job Description

A Work From Home (WFH) Telecaller engages potential/existing customers for students admisson via phone to promote services, generate leads, or resolve queries. They maintain detailed call history, work towards targets (sales or volume), and require strong communication skills, a stable internet connection, and a quiet home-office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively contact leads or existing customers to promote products, services, or schedule appointments.
  • Lead Generation/Sales: Identify prospects, explain offerings, and convert leads into sales or qualified opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming queries, resolve issues, and provide information to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Database Management: Accurately update call logs, customer information, and interaction notes in a CRM system or Excel sheet.
