Job Description

Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer communication and support business operations through phone calls.


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Generate and maintain daily call reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  • Maintain proper records of conversations and follow-ups

Requirements:


  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to speak Tamil and basic English/Hindi preferred
  • Positive attitude and customer-handling skills
