  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through various sources.
  • Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities clearly.
  • Understand student/customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM/database.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission or conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth processing.
