Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team in the real estate and construction sector. The role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through effective communication. Both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build a career in real estate are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or generated leads
• Introduce company projects, services, and offerings clearly and convincingly
• Identify customer needs and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with interested clients to maintain engagement and close leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer information
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant project information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Willingness to learn and work in the real estate/construction industry
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
