Job Description
TELECALLER – Tanishq Jewellery
📍 Location: Gowrivakkam / Urapakkam, Chennai
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: As per showroom policy
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Inform customers about jewellery collections, offers, schemes, and showroom events.
- Follow up with customers regarding showroom visits and purchases.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for appointments and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling targets and maintain call quality.
- Eligibility:Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English and computer knowledge preferred.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
