Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through outbound calls, acquiring advertisers, onboarding business listings, and promoting Zamorra's digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.

- Acquire advertisements for Golora digital platforms.

- Generate advertisement sales for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

- Generate advertisement sales for Google Ads campaigns.

- Collect advertisements for Golora OTT and Golora Channels.

- Onboard businesses on Golora Local by completing business listings.

- Explain company products and digital advertising solutions to clients.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.

- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Submit daily work reports to the Tele Sales Team Leader.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with 1+ year of Tele Sales, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support experience will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Good telephone etiquette.

- Sales and negotiation skills.

- Customer relationship management.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace).

- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Salary

- ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Strong follow-up skills.

- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
