Job Description
- Telecaller – Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and handle customer inquiries.
- Explain products/services and promote company offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain customer records and update the sheet.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
