Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers (cold calling) or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services.
  • Sales Closing: Persuading customers to purchase, renew subscriptions, or upgrade services.
  • Objection Handling: Addressing customer concerns and overcoming hesitation with product knowledge.

Achieving Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales revenue targets.

  • Communication: Strong verbal skills, professional phone etiquette, and active listening.
  • Education: High school diploma, with a degree in marketing or business often preferred.
